These FAQs are provided by Event Merchandise Group Pty Ltd (EMG) ACN 128 582 847 to assist those customers who have pre-ordered their customised “WYD08 Pilgrim Pride” product for collection during World Youth Day.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Pilgrim Pride custom flag printing service is now closed. However we are having a CLEARANCE SALE on this website until stocks last. Orders are now posted out to your nominated address. Postage will be automatically calculated by the website during the checkout procedure.

Our Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUS) and are inclusive of 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

EMG reserves the right to alter prices for any reason and if this should happen, we will notify of any price change prior to processing your order.

We will take every effort to present accurate information but we may not always be able to guarantee availability or price of a particular product.

 

Can I have my “WYD08 Pilgrim Pride” sent to me by post?

Yes.

  

Do I pay for postage?

Yes, postage varies according to how many units you purchase and where you live.

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Within Australia please allow 7-10 working days.

Outside Australia please allow 3-5 weeks.


Will my entire order be filled?

EMG endeavor to fill every order entirely. However some products in certain sizes may sell out of stock very quickly. If we cannot provide your requested size, a refund will be processed for the short-shipped item.   

Can I nominate a replacement item in case of short-shipping, instead of a refund?

YES, when processing your purchase you may fill in an alternative size or item request in the "Comments" section. Pending availability we will ship your alternative item if your purchased item is not available. The alternative item cannot exceed the value of the purchased item. Refunds will not be processed for balance of payment if and when a purchased item value exceeds the replacement item value.

Can I exchange or refund my purchase if I change my mind or made a mistake when ordering?

EMG cannot exchange or refund any product for change of mind. An exchange can be arranged if your product is faulty.

 

Can I still have country flags applied to my Tee shirts?

No, this service is no longer offered.

 

What if I don’t have a credit card?

Payment can also be made on this site using Pay Pal.
